Senior Content Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We are excited to find an experienced Content Marketing Manager who will help our Science, Marketing & Product teams lead content initiatives and shape our brand’s voice. You will be part of a tight and adaptable team developing content strategies that tell engaging stories about our mobile product. These initiatives help us grow as a team and a company!

 

In Content Marketing you are responsible for

  • Content Strategy Development: Plan, develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy surrounding mental health topics & product updates that contribute to overall marketing objectives & key results.
  • Editorial Planning & Collaboration: Work with our science, product and performance marketing team members to generate and manage editorial efforts towards engaging mental health content across paid marketing, email, website, social media & print.
  • Content Ideation Ownership: Address customer needs by bring exciting mental health topics to life with contributions from our science team, freelancers, and other marketing stakeholders.
  • Multi-Channel Distribution: Distribute high-quality content for multiple platforms including email marketing, push notifications, blogs, social media, performance, and video ensuring it is formatted and optimized for each channel.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all content adheres to industry regulations (e.g., medical device standards), and internal content processes, including clinical reviews when necessary.
  • Optimization Management: Edit and optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversions, ensuring all content is aligned with best practices for search engines and user engagement.

What we would like to see

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role for a mobile application product
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or equivalent.
  • Content Marketing Expertise: Proudly developed and executed successful content marketing strategies in the world of mobile products
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems for email and push notification marketing
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Search Console) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
    Knowledge of regulated industries such as healthcare or medical devices is very helpful.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across departments.
  • Content Creation & Editing: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create and refine content for various formats (text, video, images).
  • SEO & Analytics Proficiency: a solid understanding of SEO best practices, metadata, and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand, measure and optimize content performance.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience managing editorial calendars and multiple content projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to lead content creation efforts, manage freelancers, and collaborate with our science, marketing, product, and design teams.
  • Creative Problem Solving: A proactive thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and solutions in the competitive digital health industry
  • Enthusiastic and Mindful human being who loves working in teams and acknowledges the importance of mental health in their daily lives and others
  • Excellent written & spoken English and German.
