As a ML Data Engineer (m,f,d) at MindDoc you...
- are responsible for setting up and operating the audio-to-text pipeline (evaluating ASR models – Whisper, AssemblyAI, specialized providers; speaker diarization for therapist/patient separation).
- pay attention to the automation of the processing chain and are responsible for it:
ingestion → transcription → quality check → storage - are responsible for integrating and supporting annotation tools (Label Studio, Prodigy, or similar).
- deal with the database/storage architecture for transcripts and metadata.
- monitor Data quality and error handling.
- are the interface to the vAI platform for RAG data delivery.
You…
- have 2–4 years of experience with data pipelines (Python, ideally also Go).
- have experience with audio/speech processing which is an advantage.
- have solid knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- work Pragmatically, hands-on and you are able to build solutions independently.
- are fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Nice-to-have: You have experience with MLOps tools (Airflow, Prefect, DVC).
